Yes Commercial Limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority and holds a consumer credit license number 0632415.We do not charge a broker fee for arranging commercial mortgages for customers, although an administration fee of £249 will be payable upon application of a commercial mortgage.  This covers the cost of, advice, compliance, regulatory and administration costs in overseeing the application. For residential mortgages and buy to let mortgages a broker fee of up to 2% will be payable on completion and an administration fee of £249 will be payable on application. YOUR HOME MAY BE REPOSSESSED IF YOU DO NOT KEEP UP REPAYMENTS ON A MORTGAGE.
